- Encourage flexibility of the V.S.A. executive to adapt to change.

- Enhance the capacity to generate new options and ideas.

- Provide a balance to short term pressures while maintaining long-term thinking.

- Uphold the integrity of the V.S.A. by maintaining a level of confidentiality and reflecting a united team.

Organizational Development

- To review and update the V.S.A.’s Policy & Procedures manual

- To implement the recommendations handed down by S.S.A. our governing body

- To pursue the task of developing a website for the purpose of current events, stats, scheduling and general information pertaining to house league and Rover’s league

- To gather information of the purpose of a V.S.A. history

- Target Group Initiatives to evolve from a micro, mini and youth affiliation to include a Seniors and Masters affiliation which will promote a place for everyone to play and provide a family environment.

Coaches Development

- Provide clinics in the Valley for the rovers and House League coaches to enhance the quality and quantity and development of coaches in the valley

- To provide financial assistance to coaches in their pursuit of education

Referee Development

- To encourage and promote new participation within the Valley

- To continue to develop the referees already active

- To support referees at both the community level and the competitive level through assessment

Player Development

- Continue to promote and provide soccer programs for all ages and levels within the Valley

- Promote recognition to the high performance coaches through an

- Invitation to support programs within the Valley

- Promote growth and development of goalkeepers through clinics

Competitions

- To host a future Good Will Tournament for our competitive teams

- To host future provincial & regional championships

- To support and host the annual Valley Cup Tournament which is solely for the enjoyment of our house league teams
